Awarding the Best-Performing Service Stations in the Network Gold superstar challenge

On Thursday, August 4 Vivo Energy Zambia conducted their first ever superstar award ceremony at Panganani service station in Lusaka. This was attended by different VE members of Staff, some retailers and site staff.

At the beginning of the year, the retail team in Zambia set different KPIs for all service stations with an incentive program for all sites that were going to be the top performers per quarter and these were the top performing being the Gold superstar and the 2 runner ups being the silver superstars

For this award ceremony, Panganani emerged gold award winner where all site staff were awarded.

The ceremony was attended by VE Zambia Managing Director Mr Fouad Khfifi who addressed the site staff by expressing his appreciations and words of tanks for the outstanding performance delivered in Q2.  He also congratulated the retailer for his leadership and commitment to make Panganani one of the top performing sites in Zambia. In addition to the ongoing efforts, the retailer has managed to double the site volume over the last two years. Before closing this ceremony, the managing Director encouraged all staff to continue aspiring for excellence and making the customer satisfaction one of the main priorities. He also committed to provide any support needed for more successes at Panganani filling station

The other two runner ups were Leopardshill service station in Lusaka and Nchelenge service station up north who were awarded the silver superstars
