Vivo Energy Zambia initiated the “Love, Shop and Win” campaign to express gratitude for the loyalty and support of its customers. This strategic endeavour, falling under the Convivence Retail segment, commenced in January to coincide with the Month of Love. The primary objective of this campaign is to deliver exceptional service and exclusive rewards, ensuring an unparalleled customer experience.
Customers who spend K100 or more will automatically participate in an online raffle draw by scanning a QR code on promotional materials. The grand prizes include a memorable weekend getaway for two at a renowned resort, an enchanting day visit at a resort, and a luxurious overnight stay for two at a distinguished hotel. Additionally, weekly prizes of meal vouchers for two, redeemable at Engen Partner outlets, are also up for grabs.
To ensure broad awareness, the campaign has been actively promoted through site branding initiatives including pull-ups at entrances, posters, countertops, and danglers at all participating sites. Additionally, to boost customer engagement, a team of knowledgeable brand ambassadors has been strategically stationed to assist customers, offering valuable information and guidance on participating in the campaign.
