ENGENS GOT YOU COVERED
Lusaka, Zambia – July 3, 2025 – Vivo Energy Zambia has successfully transformed customer engagement across its network with the comprehensive "Engen's Got You Covered" campaign that ran from April to June 2025.

The campaign introduced the innovative "Talk to Engen", a powerful new customer feedback online platform designed to revolutionise how Vivo Energy listens to customers and drives better experiences across all 61 Engen sites throughout Zambia.

Using site-specific QR codes, "Talk to Engen" enables customers to provide fast, frictionless, and highly targeted feedback following their visit to any Engen location. The survey questions are designed to be straightforward, clear, and purposeful, making it quick for customers to share their views while capturing extensive useful feedback for continuous service improvement.

Over 100 customers and customer champions were awarded with K1,500 worth of free fuel for sharing their valuable feedback. The campaign's grand prize winner received a full tank of free fuel for the rest of the year.

To ensure the platform's success, Vivo Energy Zambia implemented comprehensive training programmes for customer champions and quality marshals across all 61 sites. This extensive training initiative ensured that every customer interaction reflects Engen's commitment to excellence and community support, creating a unified approach to customer service nationwide.

The "Engen's Got You Covered" campaign and its "Talk to Engen" platform mark a new chapter in Vivo Energy Zambia's commitment to community focused service delivery, positioning the company as a leader in customer experience innovation within Zambia's fuel retail sector.
